As a responsible business, and steward of a significant volume of natural resources in Ukraine, we pay all taxes our operations incur, because we recognise our symbiotic relationship with the state, local communities and all stakeholders. At the same time we review proposed applicable tax legislation and endeavour to provide relevant input to help ensure it is equitable and encourages good operational practices.
We are one of the top 100 tax payers in Ukraine, and in Poltava region, for example, we are in the top 10 tax payers.
